Ventura Coastline

A view from Marina Park- my special place to view the coast…on this occasion, it is a peaceful sunset before a spring storm.  I painted this to donate to the CMH New Addition.

Bamboo Banner Brush Paintings

These two 21' long by 28" wide banners were designed for "Micado", a show that opened on August 22, 2014 (my birthday too) at the Hoogland Center for the Arts in Springfield, IL.  Thanks goes to Mark Gifford, one of the stars of the show, for giving me this wonderful commission!

First Night Poster

I am honored and proud that my watercolor painting is featured on this year's Springfield Area Arts Council First Night 2012 Poster.  The scene is from the top floor of the Hoogland Center for the Arts, home for many art groups.  (I painted in my S2000:)

Wedding Dress Sketch

As I sketched, Emily's wedding gown came to life!  I included daisies from her wedding bouquet and a bit of the beaded detailing.  It was a success, she loves it!  I love it too!  Hope to do more!

Coldwater Creek Art Show

Paul O'Shea and Laura Kay Coffey stopped by to view my show at Coldwater Creek, a women's boutique.  The Pecha Kucha original painting is displayed here along with the poster.  The original was raffled at the event in February with proceeds to benefit the Boys and Girls Club.
